Following the issuance of a detailed study, C-nergie was selected to carry out the following measures:
1. Recommissioning (RCx)
2. Installation of air-air heat recovery exchangers
3. Replacement of domestic water boilers
4. Installation of new motors and drives for the supply fans of HVAC units
5. Modernization of the main consumption items centralized control
